Peanut Butter Cookies

From cookbook Five Ingredients or Less from School Mate

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter

Heat the oven to 350, mix all with a wooden spoon. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, I use a Pampered Chef Stone, and flatten with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Yields 2-3 dozen.

Mine does NOT look like that anymore. LOL I've had it for a few years. If you want some nice cookware or baking stuff that's the place to go. I picture is linked!

Wow, that is too simple. I have all that in the kitchen as I type. Looks like cookies for dessert tonight - if they make it that long :)
