Make Something Monday!

Holla! hehehe!

Shrimp with Honey Mustard

Again with the Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bags.

Combine in medium or large bag:
1. 1 pound raw medium shrimp, about 26-30 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2. 1/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Seal Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bag and shake to mix ingredients. Pat ingredients into an even single layer. Place bag in microwave.
2. Cook on full power 2-3 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked throughout. Smaller shrimp may require longer cooking times. If needed, continue microwaving for 30 second intervals until done.
3. Allow bag to stand 1 minute before opening.
4. Salt to taste. Serve with dipping sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.

WOW. I am a vegetarian and pretty dedicated but shrimp are my weakness--eat them about twice a year. Definitely will have to try this recipe. And it is easy, too. Need to be going to get some of those Zip Loc bags!!
